+ CHAPEL YOUTH MINISTRY

Contact Todd Weller

Middle School Small Group Leader: This is a weekly commitment to walk alongside a group of Middle School boys or girls on Sunday mornings at the 10:45 service time at either location and/ or on Sunday evenings, 4:30-6pm at our Siegen Location. Our Middle Schoolers need a consistent adult in their life, because nothing else in their life is consistent. We provide all the training, materials, content, Community Group Questions, and generally make it so that you have everything you need to build healthy relationships with 6th, 7th, or 8th graders. We're looking for people who can help affirm their personal journey and answer questions like "What do I like?" and "Who am I?" If you can accept awkward Middle Schoolers for who they are and welcome them into community, this is for you!

High School Small Group Leader: This is a weekly commitment to walk alongside a group of High School boys or girls on Sunday nights from 5:30-7:30pm at our Siegen location. Our High School Community Group Leaders understand that their Youth need them on Sundays but need to connect with them during the week because they only trust people who show up consistently. We also provide everything you need to build relationships and help your Youth pursue authentic faith. We're helping our High Schoolers answer questions like "Where do I belong?" -- "Why should I believe?" -- "How can I matter?" -- "What can I do?"

High School Coach: Our Coaches help High Schoolers thrive on Sunday mornings. Coaches meet with our High Schoolers before they serve, make sure they know where and what they're doing, and then follow up with them 24-48 hours after Sunday. There is some administrative work that needs to be handled, but we provide the database you pull from and have access to all the information for your location. Practically, all your work is fulfilled 30 minutes before each service and being a champion for our High Schoolers as they are sent off to serve!

Volunteer Champion: We ask a lot of our weekly volunteers as you can see above. Honestly, we need help celebrating them. Do you love writing cards, making gifts, sending words of encouragement? If you have a few hours a month, we'd love to unleash you to be able to love on our weekly Small Group Leaders and Coaches.

Zookeepers: Do you love 6th - 12th graders but have no way to relate... have a child in that grade and don't want to be a Community Group Leader... would love to serve but from a distance? This is for you. At each environment we need people that can help Youth feel welcome, run ProPresenter, help serve food, help us set up, get ready for a game, we literally do "church" every Sunday for our Youth that requires everything a normal church service requires but also includes wacky games and awkward adolescence. If you'd like to help out but don't know how - we can help you figure that out!
