I became a Christian at a Chapel youth conference in Washington, D.C. in 1991. Growing up in a Christian home exposed me to the gospel and my faith grew during my high school and college years at LSU. My journey of growth continues as God teaches me truths about Himself, His love, His people and His church.

I grew up as a child with my family attending The Chapel and continued as a student while at LSU. My areas of service have included the Deacon board, Men's Fraternity, Gardere Giveaway, and presently my wife and I teach 3rd and 4th grade students in Treasure Kingdom.

I am a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics. Golfing, hunting, fishing, outdoor activities, and traveling with my family are some of my favorite hobbies.

My wife, Leigh, and I were married in 1999 and have four children. My parents have attended The Chapel for over 30 years. I have a sister and three brothers who are married with children and live in  Baton Rouge.

The Chapel is uniquely positioned on the campus of LSU and in the community of Baton Rouge. I believe we have a huge impact on college students as well as families in our city. Continuing to effectively communicate the love of Christ to students and families is our greatest mission. I sense God leading us to strengthen our ministries to our body and partnering with other ministries to further reach the campus and the city. Maintaining our global mission mindset is critical as we are a "sending" church to the nations in our world. I also believe our ministries must continue to effectively reach kids, parents and students by being adaptable while never compromising the truth. This further impacts others with the greatest news to mankind.....God's love and redemption.

I have attended The Chapel nearly my whole life. It is a place of growth, service and love for me and my entire family. We have a servant body of believers who love God and love people. All of us at The Chapel are in the process of sanctification and our vision is one of preaching truth, evangelizing the campus, and providing an environment where people of all ages can grow in their walk with Christ. In addition, I love our church's commitment to supporting worldwide missions and play an active role in supporting other ministries.
