Frequently Asked Questions

+ What are the services like?

Our 9:00am and 10:45am Sunday services offer live worship and Biblical teaching that is relevant to everyday life. Listen to some of the sermons in our archives to get a feel for what a service is like.

+ Can I read about The Chapel's beliefs?

You can! We have a full write-out of our mission, values, & statement of faith that you can read here.

+ What should I wear?

Come as you are! We have no dress code. You will see people in everything from jeans to jackets. We are just ordinary people committed to helping people meet, know, and follow Jesus.

+ Where should I park?

At either location we will have Greeters waiting to greet and direct you. We also have a yellow New Here Tent that is just for you! Park and walk to the tent where a volunteer will have a gift ready and waiting for you!

+ Where should I go first?

We know what it's like to go to a new place and not know where to go or what to do. We have a specifically designated New Here Tent to help welcome you and make your first experience as smooth as possible. Make sure you start your morning at the yellow tent where a volunteer will show you where you can grab a cup of coffee and where everything is located.

+ Where should my kids go?

At both locations, Chapel Kids offers special programming for babies, preschoolers, and children through 5th grade at 9:00 am and 10:45 am. Of course, you're welcome to bring your kids to worship with you, but they'll probably enjoy our age-level ministries much more!

We offer Chapel Youth during our 10:45 am service at both locations for students in 6th-8th grades. Students will be greeted by engaged leaders and have the opportunity to hang out with breakfast and games before moving into grade-level small groups for a time of teaching and discussion. Students in 9th-12th grades serve or attend the main worship service on Sunday mornings and have a high school only time on Sunday evenings, 5:30-7:30 pm at our Siegen Location. We've also added middle school programming on Sunday evenings, 4:30-6 pm at our Siegen Location.

When you arrive, walk to the yellow New Here Tent at the entrance, and one of our volunteers will welcome you and help your family get familiar with the facility as well as help your kids get checked in.

All children ages fifth grade and younger receive a security sticker at the Children's Ministry check-in center. The check-in process is quick and easy, and you will receive a secure code that allows only you to pick them up. In addition, all teachers and caregivers undergo a thorough background check before they're allowed to serve with children.

Your children are safe at The Chapel! Visit our ministry pages to find out more about our Kids Ministry and Youth Ministry!

+ What's next after I visit?

After you worship with us, we would love for you to join us at First Step! First Step is held on the last two Sundays of each month at 9:00 am at both of our locations. In this class you'll meet our staff and others who are new to the church. You'll have the opportunity to hear about all of the ways you can get plugged in at The Chapel, from joining a Community Group to serving on a Volunteer Team.

+ Does the Chapel livestream services?

We have a service specifically for those looking to join us online. You can find it on either our Facebook page or our Youtube channel.
